Europe's biggest airline has stopped accepting paper boarding passes. Now, all passengers will need to show boarding passes on their phones.
Ryanair made the change in the middle of November. It said it would save money and time.

However, some people have said that this isn't fair for older passengers who aren't comfortable using digital devices. Some people may also not have smartphones.
Ryanair has asked passengers to check in online for more than 15 years. Passengers who want to check in at the airport have to pay extra.
But until now, passengers had a choice: they could print their boarding passes or download them.
Some people liked to have a paper boarding pass in case there was a problem with their phone. Others asked their travel agents to print their boarding passes for them.
Many people still like to have a paper ticket in their hands — they've traveled like this for years.
Ryanair said that 90% of its passengers were already using digital boarding passes before the change. It added that there have been very few problems since it stopped accepting paper boarding passes.
